General information about our accommodation and facilities.

 

Q: What time is check-in and check-out?

Check in is from 2pm, however, we welcome earlier check in if your apartment has been prepared for your arrival.  It is best to call us the day before your arrival if you require early check in. 

Check out is 9 am.

Q: Can I have a late check-out?

 Late check out is available for an additional charge.  Please let us know if you require late check out upon your arrival.

Q: Do you require a security bond upon check-in?

Credit card details are required on check in for security purposes.

Q: Is there Internet or WiFi access available?

 Wireless internet access is available for your convenience.  Plans of 1 hour, 1 day, 3 days, 1 week, 1 month or 3 months are available.

Q: How often are the apartments serviced?

Your apartment is serviced weekly for stays of longer than 9 nights.

Q: Is all linen provided?

All linen is provided and included in the tariff.

Q: Is the swimming pool heated?

 The swimming pool is not heated, however it is on the northern side of the complex and receives full sun all day.

Q: What facilities do you have?

Within the complex there is a designated barbeque area with two barbeques and two large picnic benches; a sauna, spa and a 16 metre swimming pool.    

Q: Is after hours check-in available?

Our office hours are 8 am to 5.30pm Monday to Friday, 8 am to 12 noon Saturday and 9 am to 11.30 am Sunday and Public Holidays.  Should you wish to check in outside of these hours, please contact us prior to your arrival date to make alternate arrangements for your key collection.

Q: Is there car parking available?

Free undercover security parking is available for one vehicle per apartment.
