Q: What time is check-in and check-out?
Check in is from 2pm, however, we welcome earlier check in if your apartment has been prepared for your arrival. It is best to call us the day before your arrival if you require early check in.
Check out is 10am.
Q: Do you require a security bond upon check-in?
Credit card details are required on check in for security purposes.
A cash bond may be requested upon check-in.
Q: Is after hours check-in available?
Our office hours are 9am to 5.00pm Monday to Friday, 9 am to 12 noon Saturday. Closed - Sunday and Public Holidays. Should you wish to check in outside of these hours, and you know in advance, please give us a call prior to your arrival. We have a special check in procedure to facilitate your needs. Please feel free to phone out of office hours. If your call goes to voice mail, please leave your number and a message and we will respond as soon as possible.
Q: Can I have a late check-out?Late check out is available for an additional charge. Please let us know if you require late check out upon your arrival.
Q: When do I have to pay a deposit?Deposit is payable on day of booking.
Q: What are the reception hours?
Office hours are: Mon - Fri 9am to 5pm, Saturday 9am to Midday, Sunday and Public Holidays - Closed. We are available for after hours enquiries and bookings. If your call goes to voice mail, please leave your name and number and we will return your call promptly.
Q: Can I book theme park tickets at reception?
Yes we can happily book theme park tickets for our guests.

Q: Is there Internet or WiFi access available?Wireless internet access is available for your convenience. Please ask at Reception upon check-in.
Q: What facilities do you have?
Within the complex there is a designated barbeque area with two barbeques and two large picnic benches; a heated spa and a 16 metre heated swimming pool.
Q: Is there car parking available?
We have secure basement car parking with one allocated space per apartment.
Q: Is all linen provided?All linen is provided and included in the tariff.
Q: How often are the apartments serviced?Your apartment is serviced mid-week for stays of longer than 8 nights.
Q: Is the pool heated?The swimming pool is heated during the cooler months of the year.

Q: How close is Surfers Paradise & Broadbeach?
To the North you will find both Surfers Paradise & Broadbeach.
Surfers Paradise is a short 10-15 minute drive (7.6km)
Broadbeach is a quick and easy 5 minute drive (1.6km)
From Broadbeach, you can catch the Gold Coast Light Rail which can take you North into surfers Paradise, further to Southport (Sea World) and beyond. (Light Rail currently ends at Gold Coast University Hospital)
Q: Are there shops or restaurants nearby?
Pacific Fair Shopping Centre is 900 metres from Montana Palms.
Sizzler, KFC, Mermaid Beach Tavern and Mermaid Beach Surf Club are a short 1 minute walk, and there are a number of international restaurants all within 5 minutes walk of Montana Palms.
Q: Is there public transport nearby?
Local Surfside buses travel north and south along the Gold Coast Highway frequently. Our closest bus stops north and south are located 70 metres from Montana Palms.
Q: How far away is the beach?
The beautiful patrolled Mermaid Beach is 70 metres from our complex.
Q: Where can I buy groceries locally?
Gold Coast Growers Market is located 200 metres south along the Gold Coast Highway and can supply all your fruit and veg needs plus a limited grocery line. Coles is located in Pacific Fair Shopping Centre (900 metres) and Woolworths is located in Oasis Shopping Centre (1km). We also have a convenience store within walking distance.
