Deposit policy:
At the time of booking your Credit Card will be charged an amount by eTourism Holidays and $200 Off Peak/Mid-Season, $300 Peak Season by Montana Palms Holiday Apartments.
If you do not have a credit card a cash bond may be requested when you check in.
This is the total deposit required to be paid today to confirm the booking.
This total deposit is included in the total room price and does not include any additional charges or fees.
The remaining balance is to be settled upon arrival at Montana Palms Holiday Apartments.
A credit card is required on check in for security purposes. We accept Visa and MasterCard.

Montana Palms is not setup to accept reservations for school leavers attending the Schoolies festivities. We do not have the necessary procedures and facilities to cater for the unique needs of School Leavers during this time. We reserve the right to cancel any bookings for School leavers over this time. Thank you for your understanding.

Cancellation Policy:
The eTourism Holidays deposit is separate to the property deposit and is non refundable.
Bookings cannot be guaranteed until a deposit of $200 has been paid to Montana Palms.
Deposit is $200 for all holidays, but $300 for Peak period, payable upon booking.                                                                                                                                                                                          

Please note: Any amendments/cancellations of a booking must be made at least 14 days Off Peak, or 28 days Mid/High Season, prior to arrival date for a refund of your deposit less a $50 administration fee.  Any amendments/cancellations within these days the full tariff is charged and no refund is payable. In the case of a no show the full tariff is payable/non refundable. There are minimum night stay restrictions during holiday periods.

Early Departure
No refunds will be for early departures.  Guests who reduce length of stay once in-house, will not receive a refund on nights booked and paid for unless the apartment is re-booked for the same period at the same rate.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                  
Lock-Out                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                       A service fee of $50 applies in a case of After hours Lock-out to allow guests back into their apartment if you require assistance entering the building or apartments - remember to take keys when departing the building.

Noise Levels
Montana Palms prides itself on being a relaxing family resort for everyone to enjoy. Please appreciate there are others close by. Excessive noise levels and unruly behaviour will not be tolerated and Management reserves the right to eject unruly guests.

Telephone Service
A telephone is provided in each apartment for your convenience. The cost for telephone calls is based on hotel/motel rates. 

Lost Property
Management & owners take no responsibility for items left on premises; however every effort will be made to return items to you. Items not claimed after 30 days will be donated to charity.

Sets of keys that are lost will incur a $80 charge. If keys are found, a refund will be given. Please lock up when you go out, as management or owners will take no responsibility for property that is stolen.

Cleaning and Breakages
To avoid extra cleaning charges please leave your apartment tidy with all rubbish removed and dishes washed and put away. Any breakages or damage caused must be paid for and will be charged to your account. Management request that furniture and other items are not moved between apartments, nor taken outside the apartments. Staff time will be charged if any apartment items need to be returned to the place of origin.

Smoking is NOT permitted inside apartments but is allowed on the rear balconies with the doors closed. Please dispose of butts thoughtfully (not in the gardens), ashtrays are provided. Dry cleaning & deodorising charges will apply if rooms are found to smell of smoke.

Linen is supplied for each guest and changed weekly if your stay is longer than 7 nights. If extra cleaning services or linen is required please request upon check-in, a fee will apply. 

Management will not be responsible for any misinterpretation or misunderstanding about the premises booked and our cancellation policy will apply.
Whilst every effort will be made to give you the unit of your choice there can be no guarantee.
It is our aim to make your stay as pleasant as possible, however we cannot be responsible for actions taken by the owners of the apartments such as tariff increases, property sales, owner's stays, etc.

Check out / Check in
Check out is strictly 10.00am. Late check-outs will incur a fee.
The office closes at 5.00pm Monday to Friday and 12.00 noon on Saturday. We are closed Sunday and Public holidays.
Please advise your estimated arrival time to ensure availability of your keys.
If late check in (i.e. outside of office hours) is required, please either call on 07 5572 6833 or email [email protected] to make alternative arrangements.  We have an after hours key pick up facility.

We recommend you take out travel insurance for unforeseen circumstances
